What You’ll Be Doing

Own the F&I Process: Oversee credit approvals, loan origination, and the structuring of retail installment sales contracts. Offer finance products, including service contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Work the Desk: When needed, step in to help our sales reps with deal structuring, negotiations, and maximizing profitability - while keeping customers happy. This is a team environment; both our Sales Manager will back you up as well.

Stay Compliant: Maintain a thorough understanding of Truth in Lending Act (TILA), privacy regulations, and other state/federal guidelines to keep every transaction compliant.

Leverage Technology: Utilize CDK Global, the Dealership Management Systems (DMS), our CRM, VinSolutions, E-contracting and digital menu tools and more to streamline the F&I process and keep everything organized.

Build Lender Relationships: Foster strong partnerships and collaborate with banks and finance companies to secure competitive rates and ensure fast deal funding.

What We’re Looking For

F&I & Desking Background: Minimum 3 years of recent automotive finance experience in a car dealership environment, including sales desk responsibilities and leadership experience.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with customers in person, over the phone, via text or email, and even through video consultations.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accurate paperwork, timely stip collection, clean paperwork and smooth deal funding.

Positive Mindset: Energetic team player with adaptability and a commitment to continuous growth.

Tech Enthusiast: Skilled in using dealership management systems and enthusiastic about staying ahead with innovative technologies. Eager to adopt innovative tools and bring forward suggestions to enhance our processes and opportunities.
