Administrative Team Member

 What Are We Looking for In an Administrative Team Member?

We prefer a candidate with 3-5 years of administrative experience in an automotive or recreational dealership. However, we are also considering candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and a track record of success in their previous positions.


  • Growth in previous positions that demonstrate an elevated level of responsibility.

  • 3+ years of administrative experience with complex administrative tasks.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks.

  • All applicants are required to have an insurable driving record.

  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.

  • Dependability and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience in an automotive or recreational vehicle dealership

  • Preferred software experience: CDK, CVR, and Rapid Recon

  • Experience stocking in & auditing dealership inventory.

  • Knowledge of vehicle title work / car deals

  • Accounts payable experience
