Service Advisor

 What Are We Looking for In a Service Advisor?

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in our service center. You are the first point of contact with our customers. From greeting vehicle owners on the driveline to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisor is a true professional who enjoys helping others.


  • A proven track record of success as an automotive service advisor.

  • Experience dealing with complex level repairs and warranty repairs.

  • 5 years of experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.

  • An in-depth technical understanding of vehicle repairs & maintenance / ability to communicate with both technicians and customers about repairs.

  • Previous experience working with warranty repairs and third-party warranty companies.

  • Experience working in a franchised dealership is preferred.

  • Experience with CDK is a plus but not required.
