Sales Professional

VW of Marion, a full-service new and used car, truck, and SUV dealership, is seeking positive & outgoing Automotive Sales Professionals. Previous automotive retail sales experience IS NOT required! Customer demand is at an all-time high, inventory is back, our sales are on the rise, and we need energetic people that love customer service to help us accommodate the increase in customer traffic, in person and online. You'll need people skills, great communication abilities, a drive for success, and a high level of integrity. We can teach you the rest.

The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk-in guests, phone calls and internet opportunities by answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different than the rest. The ideal person would be ambitious, confident, outgoing, creative, professional, able to leverage social media, able to use creative mediums such as a video to create their message, business-minded, desiring meaningful work and hardworking.

We will always want you to be upfront and honest with the people that we serve.  Worried about how you'll be paid? Maybe you've never considered automotive sales because you've always heard it's commission only? Our compensation structure is designed to reward performance - while ensuring that our reps have stability with their income. This is NOT a typical 100% commission structure. We offer a salary plus bonus structure with multiple ways to earn each month.
